Roberta defines the idea of excellence in practice. As a board certified sports dietitian with over 30 years of experience across the sports nutrition profession she has provided elite sports nutrition services to collegiate and professional athletes and teams as well as the healthcare industry. She established the nutrition services for the Houston Texans NFL franchise as their first sports dietitian and developed a premier sports nutrition service line for Texas Children’s Hospital in the Adolescent and Sports Nutrition Program. She has also worked with the Houston Ballet Academy and local performing arts groups.
She is a teacher at heart and teaches sports nutrition at Rice University and serves on the faculty of Baylor College of Medicine. Roberta is a frequently requested speaker at local and national conferences around the country and especially enjoys advocating for opportunities for young dietitians to experience and reach their potential as a high level practitioner.
Roberta has served as a national spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and several industry brands. She is currently the sports dietitian for the Rice University Athletic Department and the World Champion Houston Astros. Her depth of knowledge, passion, and sport nutrition skills make her one of the field’s biggest game changers.

Leslie is one of the most dynamic professionals in the sport nutrition field. She is a seasoned practitioner, speaker, and innovator with over 30 years of experience providing nutrition insight, counseling, and guidance to collegiate, Olympic and professional athletes, teams, and corporations. Leslie served the Pittsburgh Steelers organization for 24 years and is currently the sports dietitian for the Kansas City Chiefs. She has worked with five MLB teams, the Pittsburgh Penguins, and the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre.
She is strong supporter of continuing nutrition education and regularly presents webinars, at national conferences including NATA, NSCA, ACSM, NFL team physicians and PBATS, and has spoken at international sports medicine events in Mexico, South Africa, and Asia.
Leslie’s media presence is far reaching as she has filmed over 100 sport nutrition videos for STACK.com and the National Dairy Council and is regularly quoted in national media. She is an experienced media trainer and can often be seen on air in the Pittsburgh viewing areas. Her engaging and impactful work with businesses and corporations has gained her a strong reputation as an industry innovator.

Jen was the founding director of the sports nutrition departments at the University’s of Georgia and North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and began her career at the University of Connecticut. She advocates for the development of high performers in the field and enjoys creating opportunities to advance the profession. She regularly lectures on sports nutrition, foodservice operations, and clinical nutrition topics for a variety of classrooms and professionals.
Jen is currently the sports dietitian for the NBA's Charlotte Hornets and North Carolina Central University Athletic Department, and works alongside the providers at the School of Medicine’s Sports Medicine department at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
